DBF Forums are open to all

I guess for the last 12 hours or so, but forgot to announce it as such. All DBF forums have been made public, so now you can sneak and see what other factions were doing.

The forum will stay open for posts and such for 2/3 days after which posting will be disabled on the DBF forums.
